About us

This page is all about Michael Jordan.  Michael Jeffrey Jordan went to Laney high school (Wilmington, NC).  He played varsity basketball in his junior year because of his 5-11 height and his skinny weight..  Then he went to North Carolina college to play NCAAB. He shone in the spotlight of the NCAA Championship game against Georgetown and another great freshman Patrick Ewing, whom he would frustrate future NBA championships for as well. Jordan scored 16 points, grabbed nine rebounds and made the winning basket on a 16-foot jumper with 18 seconds in the game for the 63-62 victory.  Then he got drafted to the NBA (3rd overall). In the NBA Jordan was a star rookie, he averaged 28.2 ppg 6.5 rpg and 5.9 apg.  In the end of his years in Chicago Jordan had 6 championship wins and won 6 NBA finals MVP. He retired in the NBA and went to play minor league baseball. Jordan played for the White Sox. Jordan got tired with baseball and returned to the NBA as the owner of the Washington Wizards. In 2000 Jordan returned to the game that he loved. He was playing  for the Wizards. In his two years in the Washington Wizards they were not able to make it in the play offs. So then Jordan retired and went on his life being the owner of the Charlotte Bobcats.
